MMM

Here is Monday's Morning Message for August 24, 2026,
from Brother Sam Scheib:

Good morning, Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Happy Monday to you.
This week I want to encourage you to have patience with yourself. Many
of us want to be all in for Jesus, but when we slip up, we get discouraged
and lose hope. We want instant results but just like exercising for

strength or endurance, living Christ-like is a process of small disciplines
and a belief that the LORD knows what is best for us. "Let us not become
weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do
not give up"
(Galatians 6.9). St. Paul knew growing faith is a process. He
knew we would become tired and frustrated and lose hope. But he
ensures us that if we stay the course we will "reap a harvest" and our
faith will grow to where the LORD wants it to be. Sometimes we think one
big event or one miracle will change us into the believer we want to be.
Sometimes that happens, but for most of us it is a long process that may
take years. St. Mark 4.26-29 is the parable of the growing seed. A crop
takes moths to mature until it is harvesting time. Like
 a seed, we are
designed to grow and change in our faith over a long period of time. Each
step of the process is vital to the next, with each step becoming what the
LORD has intended. We've all heard the sayings, "Good things take time,"
and "Rome wasn't built in a day." The same is true with our faith and
our becoming Christ-like. Don't expect instant results; commit to small
disciplines and grow your faith. Have patience with yourself just as the
LORD does.

Have a blessed week!
Soli Deo Gloria!

He is risen! He is risen, indeed!
