MMM

Here is Monday's Morning Message for August 3, 2026,
from Brother Sam Scheib:

Good morning, Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Happy Monday to you.
This week I want to encourage you to have the attitude of Jesus. We live in a
world of me, me, and me. Grasping for more money, more power, more
acceptance. So often we put ourselves first, even when we don't realize it.
St. Paul lays it out for us in Philippians 2.1-11. Jesus always put others first,
never thinking Himself better than them. He was selfless, caring for the
interests of others. Jesus humbled Himself, giving up finite power to walk
among us as a man to serve as a slave would and then died a most horrific
death for us with a dying wish of, "Father, forgive them for they don't know
what they are doing"
(St. Luke 23.34). Forgive them? What an incredibly
humble, selfless thing to say with your last breath! Like Jesus, we are to
surrender full obedience to the Father even when things are hard. We are to
live a life of humility and obedience, with a selfless servant's heart, just as
Jesus did. Please--read Philippians 2.1-11, and change your heart and
attitude to align with Jesus Christ and His purpose!

Have a blessed week!
Soli Deo Gloria!

He is risen! He is risen, indeed!
